Latest CNC Fibre Laser
Capable of sheet production 1500mm x 3000mm using exchangeable bed size. Our newest installation can CNC Laser cut up to 20mm mild steel - 10mm Stainless steel - 12mm Aluminium sheets. Whatever the design (supplied or in-house) we can cut it. The options are endless.
CNC router
Using a 7.5 Kw spindle with auto tool changing or a vibrating knife for softer materials, our CNC router is able to undertake most requirements. Our vacuum sheet bed is capable of handling sheets up to 1300 x 2500. This machine is able to cut all materials including timber, Aluminium and even stone.
Fire Protection
Tasmanian manufacturer of the lightest DNV certified panelised structural fire protection system in the world. Recent fit-outs include passenger ferries and industrial buildings.

Thermal Insulation Blankets
Quietfire can custom manufacture removable thermal insulation jackets. For shipping, transport even viticulture, if thermal protection is needed, speak to us. All our thermal blankets are easily removed and replaced where maintenance is required
